IMPROVING vulnerable LIVES
Pacific Row Challenge 2021
Monterey, California to Honululu, Hawaii
Row 2700 miles across the Pacific Ocean,
one of the world’s toughest seas – UNSUPPORTED.
Raise funds and awareness to IMPROVE VULNERABLE LIVES.
Attempt to break a WORLD RECORD:
crossing the Pacific in less than 39 days!
Work with our supporters so they feel part of our challenge.
Rowing the Pacific, the threat of danger is ever present…
40 – 50 foot waves, storms, sharks, the dreaded ‘roughe wave’ means constantly living on the edge with the possibility of being capsized and thrown into icy waters.
A tiny boat with all necessities stored onboard allows for rowing, sitting, and sleeping… zero creature comforts.
Help, if needed, could be days away… we are on our own – UNSUPPORTED!
AND only 1 member of our team has ever rowed before!
“Our challenges are great… Our determination greater”
The Story of ENDURING LIMITS is HADLEY’S Story.
Hadley suffers profound physical and learning disabilities as a result of severe epilepsy from a young age.
Living at St. Elizabeth’s, with specialist care 24/7, hydrotherapy has become an integral element of Hadley’s treatment.
Find out how the inspirational ENDURANCE LIMITS TEAM was born out of pain and struggle, and how these daring and determined friends began FUNDRAISING FOR CHANGE.
St. Elizabeth’s is a home and community for over 240 vulnerable adults and children living with profound disabilities.
Specialist care is provided 24/7 for residents to live their lives to their fullest capacity.
The therapeutic benefits of a hydrotherapy pool on the premises will positively change many vulnerable lives… EVERY DAY.
These benefits include: developing motor skills, relaxing and strengthening limbs and muscles, as well as being a welcome form of pain relief.
The enjoyment of being in the water is in itself priceless.
